National Tree Day with Friends of the Melton Botanic Garden

Friend of the Melton Botanic Garden are planning a big day of tree planting as our National Tree Day activity at the Melton Botanic Garden.

Planting is to take place near the Lake and the Victorian Volcanic Plains Garden. Refreshments available.
This is a great opportunity to come and see your local Botanic Garden and the work taking place there.

Notes about the day for Volunteers:
Meet at the Melton Botanic Garden Depot
21 Williams St, Melton, 3337. Plenty of parking available. BBQ lunch and Refreshments will be provided.

Please wear appropriate clothing, gardening gloves and sturdy shoes or boots. Remember to bring a water bottle.
Some tools are available but should you have your own small spade please bring for your own use.

The following will be provided: Tools and equipment for planting, Watering cans / buckets, Refreshments, BBQ
