Terms and Conditions – Bulldogs Go Green Junior Mascot Competition

  1. Prize
  2. One child will win the Junior Mascot for the Bulldogs Go Green Competition.
  3. The winning child will lead the players out onto the field and through the Footscray Bulldogs banner on Saturday 22 July at Victoria University Whitten Oval.


  1. Who and how to enter
  2. City West Water (CWW) a residential customer whose child is aged between 4-15 years of age can enter the competition by nominating their child’s name, age and contact details during Bulldogs Go Green Junior Mascot competition period.
  3. The competition is only open to CWW residential customers.
  4. Customers can enter two ways.
    1. By logging in to their Facebook account first and then finding Greening the West or City West Water’s Facebook pages’, scrolling to Bulldogs Go Green Competition promo post and private message their child’s name, age and contact details.
    2. Alternatively if CWW customers don’t have a Facebook account, they may email info@gwest.localhost
  5. CWW reserves the right to alter the competition during the course of the competition.


  1. Eligibility
  2. CWW must receive your entry during the competition period.
  3. To qualify for the Bulldogs Go Green Junior Mascot competition, parents or guardians must enter on their child’s behalf
  4. CWW will accept a maximum of one entry per customer.
  5. CWW will accept one entry from either parent or guardian of the child nominated.
  6. By submitting a survey entry, you are deemed to agree to the competition terms and conditions.


  1. Competition dates
  2. The Competition begins on Monday 10 July 2017 to Wednesday 19 July 2017 and ends at midnight. Entries received after this date will not be eligible.


  1. Prize draw
  2. Bulldogs Go Green Junior Mascot Competition winner will be randomly selected from the total pool of entries received.
  3. The judging will take place Thursday 20 July at 12 noon at CWW’s offices 1 McNab Avenue Footscray VIC 3011.
  4. The randomly selected Bulldogs Go Green Junior Mascot winner will be notified by Friday 21 July 2017.


  1. Unclaimed winner
  2. If the selected winner cannot attend Round 14 Western Bulldogs v Coburg Lions match Saturday 22 July, another winner will be notified by phone or in writing.
  3. If no entries are received, CWW reserves the right to cancel the competition.


  1. Notification
  2. The prize winners will be notified by telephone or in writing.
  3. The winners’ details may be published on the CWW Facebook and CWW Greening the West page and The CWW corporate website.


  1. Information collected
  2. Information collected for entry to the Competition is for the use of CWW.
  3. CWW may require proof of an entrant’s identity or proof of residency, as applicable.
  4. CWW has the right to publish entrants’ details.
  5. The winner agrees to participate in any news media activities surrounding the Competition.
  6. By entering the competition, you agree to the use of your personal information by CWW and Greening the West and CWW Facebook pages’, CWW’s corporate website without payment for royalties or attribution to you.  You warrant that your entry will not breach 3rd party rights (including copyright or moral rights).  You indemnify CWW for all liabilities due to a breach of these Rules.

  3. Participation in the competition is deemed to be acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.


  1. The Prize
  2. CWW accepts no responsibility for any variation in the particulars of the prize.
  3. CWW reserves the right to substitute the prize with a different prize if the prize for some reason is no longer proceeding.
  4. The Bulldogs Go Green Junior Mascot Title is not transferable.
  5. The winner must take the prize as offered.
  6. Conditions of the prize may apply.

  2. The promoter is City West Water Corporation ABN 70 066 902 467 of 1 McNab Avenue Footscray VIC 3011. Telephone 132 642.
  3. CWW, its officers, employees and agents will not be liable for incorrect information, technical errors, fraud, theft, destruction or unauthorised use, access or alteration of information or property due to (your) entry.
  4. You indemnify CWW against all loss or damage (arising directly or indirectly) incurred by you or to your property or any third party due to the Program or any award.
  5. CWW accepts no responsibility for any late, lost, incomplete, misdirected or incorrectly submitted submission.
  6. CWW reserves the right to alter any of the terms and conditions at any time.
  7. If for any reason any aspect of this competition is not capable of running as planned CWW may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition.
  8. The judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
