As part of its participation in the Greening the West – 1 Million Trees Project Wyndham City Council will be planting 30,000 trees this current planting season, across three dedicated locations in Wyndham:
- Area 1- Floodway/Drainage reserve between Heaths Rd (Presidents Park) and Black Forest Rd Wyndham Vale
- Area 2 – Glen Orden Reserve and floodway behind Aquapulse through to Railway Line (Werribee- Hoppers Crossing)
- Area 3 – Floodway between Sayers Rd and Morris Rd Hoppers Crossing.
Community groups, schools, organisations and residents from across Wyndham will be participating.
